# North Star Business Method

## What it is

The Owner's Financial Playbook is the flagship program. Ten modules (Module 0 plus nine teaching modules). Designed for nine weeks of work but available on lifetime access at the owner's pace. The program walks the owner through their own QuickBooks data and produces four working tools the owner keeps forever.

## Four deliverables

- A monthly management report that fits on one page
- An annual budget built from the bottom up
- A decision framework for pricing, hiring, and capital spending
- A valuation model that shows what the business is worth today and what it could be worth in three years

## The Master Model

A 16-tab Google Sheet the owner builds progressively from their own QuickBooks data. Lives in the owner's own Google Drive forever.
